I didn't know if I'd make another blog post after the first one thoroughly drained me. I knew it might, which is why I didn't set any real expectations about how I'd move forward.

Black tea, brown sugar, stories to tell

It's sweltering hot, again.

I made a pitcher of iced tea with a simple syrup and lemon to stay cool. It's tasty and refreshing.

I've been sipping and thinking about all of the little things I've got on my plate of personal projects: iterating my own website, writing/coding/editing for this here "blog", developing original characters, world-building for stories, learning a new game engine, and so on.

I've been playing around with different way of organizing things so I feel light and fluid throughout the process, and then right before I sat down to type this, it finally came to me.

Can you see my updated favicon? Ain't it cute? I've been playing with gradients and link previews, so it's feeling real cozy over here.

I'm likely going to change my game engine from Ren'py to Monogatari and eventually, drawing tech besides my phone will make creating game assets much easier.
Recovery continues, and my birthday is next week, so I'm off to rest and be until the next one.
